A: No. Not all the color change you see in the water is from you, or the detox process. The color changes you may experience are due to the natural reaction of minerals interacting with energy, and by-products of the detox process. Others have claimed that all the colors are the results of detox. This is not true. For example, an orange color is the result of iron in the water interacting with energy. Others have claimed that the orange color represents joint detox, and this is not true. Others have also claimed that a blue color in the water is the result of inflammation. Again, we do not believe this is true. Blue is due to copper in the water, mingling with energy. Try running your foot bath the first time without submerging your feet, and make a note of the colors you see. Then compare that to what you see after using the foot bath with your feet submerged. Remember, it's an energy spa.

Q: How often and how long is a Foot Bath session?
A: A session is 35 minutes.

Q: Can I do a Foot Bath every day?
A: No. Recommended use is once per week, but always consult your health care practitioner prior to use.

Q: Can I start the BEST Energy Foot Bath on 2 amps of power?
A: No, you should always begin slowly charging the body. Begin using 1 amp of energy and increase by quarter of amp every 5 minutes. The cells in the human body are like tiny batteries. They, like batteries, should be charged slowly.

Q: Can I put the BEST Energy Foot Bath in the bathtub and use while bathing?
A: No, we do not recommend using the BEST Energy Foot Bath in a bathtub for several reasons. One of which is, it may stain your tub.

Q: Are there any side effects to the BEST Energy Bath?
A: You may experience some symptoms of detox, however most people do not. Always consult your health care professional prior to use.

Q: Can anyone do a BEST Energy Foot Bath?
A: We do not recommend the energy spa for anyone who has a pace maker, is pregnant or lactating, has undergone organ transplant, or is using any electrical medical device attached to the body. Always consult your health care professional prior to use.

Q: How long will the water module last?
A: The life of the water module depends on the type of water used and the thoroughness with which the BEST Energy Foot Bath is cleaned. Following proper cleaning procedure is critical to maxmizing the life-span of the water module. Clients typically receive anywhere from 150 to 1100 uses per module. As an example, a practitioner location in Bakersfiled, CA can get as many as 600 uses from one water module. As another example, a practioner in Grover Beach, CA, averages 1100 foot baths off of each of his water modules. On the other hand, practitioners in Pennsylvania, where there is reported to be lime in the water, have averaged 150 to 200 uses per module. Hard water, softened water and excessive use of salt will cause excessive wear on the module and will shorten its life-span. Replacement modules can be purchased by calling 1-866-404-2378.

Q: What do I get when I buy a replacement water module?
A: First off, you get the only water module in the industry that requires NO replacement parts whatsoever. Unlike some others, our water module is sold as a complete assmebly, including the wiring harness. We feel this greatly affects the performance of the foot bath unit.

Q: What type of water do I use for The BEST Energy Foot Bath?
A: We recommend using hot, tap or filtered tap water. We DO NOT recommend soft water.

Q: What type of container do I use for The BEST Energy Foot Bath
A: We recommend using a plastic container at least 7" high. Line your container with a plastic liner. Some customers have reported that using a 13 gallon can liner works well.

Q: How long is the warranty good for?
A: There is a 3 year limited warranty on the power supply and a 30 day warranty on the water module.

Q: How do I clean the water module?
A: Follow the instructions included with your equipment upon purchase. Firmly scrub with the included bottle brush or non-abrasive toothbrush. Use anti-bacterial soap and the green Scotch Brite pad that is provided. Additional cleaning pads can be purchased at any local grocer.

Q: What do I do if The BEST Energy Foot Bath is not working properly?
A: Refer to the troubleshooting section in the instructions for tips on using your energy spa. If problems continue, contact your distributor/manufacturer that you made your original purchase with to order a replacement module.

Q: What happens when I run out of salt for the BEST Energy Foot Bath?
A: We use Real Salt brand of sea salt made by Redmond Mineral Inc. When your salt runs low, we recommend replacing it with Real Salt available at most health food stores across the US or can be purchased at www.realsalt.com. It is not necessary to use salt for the machine to work.
